DOXA University maintains rigorous standards to ensure student success while providing accessible pathways for diverse applicants worldwide.
Personal Statement
Submit a comprehensive essay (1,000-1,500 characters) describing your educational background, spiritual journey, academic and career goals, and how DOXA's mission aligns with your personal aspirations. This statement is evaluated for content, writing ability, and alignment with institutional values.
Documentation
Required documents include government-issued photo identification, official transcripts from all previous institutions (minimum GPA of 2.5 required), two recommendation letters (one academic, one character reference), completed application form, and health/immunization records. All non-English documents must include certified translations.
Financial Requirements
Submit proof of financial support totaling $18,000 for the student (covering tuition, fees, and living expenses) plus $3,000 for each dependent. Acceptable proof includes bank statements, sponsorship letters, scholarship awards, or loan approvals. Non-refundable $150 application fee must be paid at submission. Payment plans available upon request.
International Students
Additional requirements include valid passport (minimum 6 months beyond program completion), F-1 student visa, completed I-20 form, and English proficiency demonstrated through TOEFL (minimum score of 80 iBT), IELTS (minimum score of 6.5), Duolingo English Test (minimum score of 105), or graduation from an English-speaking institution. A pre-admission interview may be conducted virtually for international applicants.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis with priority deadlines of April 15 for Fall admission and October 15 for Spring admission. Incomplete applications will not be processed until all required materials are received.
Tuition and Fees
Annual tuition for BPC-affiliated programs (F-1 eligible) is $6,000, divided into two semesters of $3,000 each. Additional non-refundable institutional fees include: $150 Application Fee, $50 Portal Fee, and $150 Administrative Fee, totaling $350 annually.
This structure applies only to Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Christian Education & Leadership programs offered under the BPC-SEVIS affiliation.
